Autistic Spectrum Disorders Resource Project

Welcome to the Autistic Spectrum Disorders Resource Project, a collaborative project of the Family Resource Centers Network of California, funded by the California Department of Developmental Services! If you are a parent, family member, friend or classmate of someone with an autistic spectrum disorder, we hope that this information will be of benefit to you. If you’re looking for a local contact, someone who cares, your Early Start Family Resource Center (ESFRC) has friendly, helpful staff who are good listeners and can be by your side as you navigate new systems.  ESFRCs employ parents of children with autism who can provide practical and emotional peer support.  To locate information about your local ESFRC, please visit www.frcnca.org.
The resources included on these web pages have been identified by families of children with disabilities and their professional partners as those that may be the most helpful to families.  Even as you read this, new information and therapies are continually being developed.  For this reason we have chosen to provide you with links to existing resources that will be updated on an ongoing basis.
We hope that you will find the information and resources that you are searching for, wherever you are in the autism journey.
